Max Saia
Prior to joining VTS, Max served as the Director of Research, Strategic Planning, and Analysis for The Irvine Company. In this role, he was responsible for acting as an internal consultant on analytically-focused strategy as well as crafting quarterly economic updates, fundamental forecasts, and dashboards that were utilized to guide key investment and development decisions. Prior to The Irvine Company, Max also held notable positions as the Vice President of Research and Strategy for American Realty Advisor and an Economist for CBRE.

Ted brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience to the VTS Data and Research product teams. Prior to joining VTS, Ted most recently served as a tenant rep. broker in New York and Washington, DC for a global real estate firm and has transaction experience in excess of 1 million square feet.

Gabrielle Dame
Gabrielle has helped launch the VTS Data product from it's inception, bringing her knowledge on the NYC market and business development. Prior to joining VTS, Gabrielle spent the last 6 years gaining insight on the Capital Markets side of the business in investment sales.

Lexi Russell
Lexi brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate from institutional and boutique real estate firms. Her market research and thought leadership has influenced office investment across the US and Canada. She has her Masters in Economics with experience in forecasting and strategic planning and actively participates in industry organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.

Rene Moreira
Rene currently leads VTS Data research for the Los Angeles and Houston markets and also supports research for multi-market customers. He has over seven years of experience in the commercial real estate research space, with experience on both the brokerage and investment management sides of the business. Most recently, he was in charge of all office and life science research and strategy for CBRE Global Investors’ US business — supporting all functions of the business with market selection, submarket analysis, and forecasting.
